VAU is a technology platform that connects users with mobility, experiences and local-business services within tourist destinations. VAU acts as an intermediary technology layer; certain services may be provided by third-party partners under their own terms.

2. Eligibility & accounts

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding contract. You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information and for activity under your account.

3. Payments

Payments are processed by licensed third-party payment providers (including Stripe). VAU does not hold financial licenses and does not custody user funds. Prices, fees and refund terms for specific services are shown at the point of purchase.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the services, interfere with their operation, infringe others’ rights, or use them for unlawful purposes.

5. Intellectual property

All trademarks, content and software associated with VAU are owned by VAU LIMITED or its licensors and may not be used without permission.

6. Disclaimers & liability

The services are provided “as is”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, VAU is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

7. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ireland, and disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of its courts.
